Our Policy

Our company policy is to listen to our customers, continually reviewing our processes of product realisation in line with business needs and maximizing the efficiency of our resource management system.

The principal elements of our policy are:-

To continue to develop and maintain our Quality Management System satisfying the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 together with all our suppliers, which will provide the framework for achieving continual improvement, complete customer satisfaction and full realisation of all company objectives.

• To focus on the requirements of customers, establishing levels of communication capable of fully determining their needs and expectations.
• To establish and maintain an infrastructure capable of supporting all company activities and realising all company objectives.
• To identify scope for improvement in every aspect of the company's activities devising and implementing effective solutions throughout.

All suppliers are audited to ensure they meet our strict requirements for each application required and all incoming materials have full certification to our agreed specification.
